11 ILLEGAL MIGRANTS DETECTED IN THE CITY OF BIJELJINA

        On the territory of Bijeljina PS, 11 illegal migrants were detected in four separate groups, and they illegally entered the territory of the Republic of Srpska from neighbouring countries.        Namely, on 19 February 2019, around 6.30 am, the police officers from Bijeljina 1 PS, in Meše Selimovića Street in Bijeljina, detected two persons for whom the checks confirmed that they were illegal migrants without identification documents from Pakistan. Additionally, at about 9 am, at Trg Kralja Petra Karađorđevića in Bijeljina, three persons without identification documents were detected, and the checks confirmed that they were also illegal migrants from Pakistan.       On the same day, a few minutes after 9 am, the police officers from Bijeljina 1 PS, also in Meše Selimovića Street, found three persons without identification documents, and the checks confirmed that they were illegal migrants from India. Furthermore, at about 12.30 pm, at Trg Kralja Petra Karađorđevića, another three illegal migrants from India were found.       The detected illegal migrants did not possess certificates on the intention of submitting requests for asylum issued by the Ministry of Security of BIH, so they were handed over to the officers of Border Police in Bijeljina for further proceedings.                 Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE
