     The Republic of Srpska Minister of the Interior, Mr Dragan Lukač, and the Republic of Srpska Minister of Education and Culture, Ms Natalija Trivić, signed today the Protocol on procedures in peer violence cases among children and adolescents in the RS educational system.      Minister Lukač said that the police officers of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior are continuously engaged in work with children, thus preventing peer violence. He added that he hoped this protocol would contribute to reducing peer violence.      Minister Trivić stated that the objective of this protocol was improving the social care for children in order to protect them in case that peer violence occurs in educational institutions. She added that video surveillance that has already been installed in half of the schools in the Republic of Srpska would also contribute to preventing peer violence.
