      Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior organized the traditional blood donation campaign on the occasion of April 4th – Republic of Srpska Police Day. 600 police officers donated their blood, along with 204 Police Academy cadets who donated blood in the beginning of the week.      Mr Darko Ćulum, the Republic of Srpska Police Director pointed out that the feeling of helping   someone builds and strengthens the integrity of police officers and their attachment to the community.      He stated that the RS MoI organizes this campaign twice a year, adding that there are police officers who regularly donate blood, each two to three months, thus providing help to the ones in need of this precious liquid.      The Blood Transfusion Institute Director, Ms Gordana Guzijan, said that this was a traditional campaign, adding its specificity since it was always organised in all ten cities in the Republic of Srpska where the organizational units of the Institute exist.   Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE
