The Republic of Srpska

  Today, the Republic of Srpska Police Director, Mr Darko Ćulum, met with the attendants of the 8th Class of the Advanced Security and Defence Studies, who are on their study trip to the Republic of Srpska.             Director Ćulum informed the attendees of the Advanced Studies with the security situation on the territory of the Republic of Srpska, as well as about the priorities of the Ministry of the Interior. The experience in the field of preventing terrorism, the consequences of migrant crisis, as well as the measures the Police of the Republic of Srpska had undertaken regarding these issues were discussed at the meeting. Additionally, one of the topics was the police organisation, as well as the activities related to rejuvenation and professional training of the staff.             As a part of today’s visit to the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior, the attendees of the 8th Class of the Advanced Security and Defence Studies also visited the Administration for Police Education, where the activities of this Administration were presented.             The Advanced Security and Defence Studies is an organizational unit of the National Defence School, where once a year the highest level of career professional development is provided for the military officers and civil servants of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Serbia.
