      Today, on the premises of Zvornik Police Administration, the meeting of the Task force competent for implementing the project ‘Preventive activities of local community in countering violent extremism and terrorism on the territory of the City of Zvornik’ was held. The representatives of Zvornik PA, Administration for countering terrorism and extremism of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior, International Organisation for Migration (IOM), and the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands were also present at the meeting.             Prof. Elmedin Muratbegović represented a report through the capacity analysis of the Task Force for violent extremism and terrorism prevention. He pointed out that Zvornik PA and Zvornik City Administration were among the first in the region that undertook certain steps in establishing this type of project, which reflects primarily in the prevention actions of all members of the community who influence the security in any manner with the aim of contributing to the higher degree of security at local level.
