     The Republic of Srpska Minister of the Interior, Mr Dragan Lukač, met today in Banja Luka with the representatives of the EU Delegation to BIH led by the Head of Rule of Law Department, Ms. Margriet Prins, who was appointed to this position at the EU Delegation in June.     They discussed the European Commission's opinion on BIH's application for EU membership and the necessity of urgent implementation of the Operational Agreement signed by BIH and Europol.   Minister Lukač informed the EU Delegation members about present issues regarding proposed and adopted legal regulations and bylaws carried out by the Ministry.     In addition, Minister Lukač and Ms. Prins exchanged their opinions regarding present security situation, particularly on illegal migration.
