The Republic of Srpska

                The members of the Special Anti-Terrorist Unit (SAU) and the Gendarmerie Unit of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior participated today in the EUFOR exercise Quick Response 19, that was held on the territories of the City of Banja Luka and the Laktasi municipality.                 The police officers of the RS MoI carried out the exercise at the Banja Luka International Airport in three potential scenarios: demonstration exercise, hostage crisis and potentially dangerous baggage left at the airport.                 The exercise Quick Response 19 is organised by EUFOR and OSCE in cooperation with the institutions of the Republic of Srpska and BiH, and it is carried out throughout the country in the period from 7-11 October 2019.
