The Republic of Srpska

The Republic of Srpska Minister of the Interior, Mr Dragan Lukač, met today, in Banja Luka, the Ambassador of Great Britain to BIH, Mr Matthew Field. The participants of the meeting discussed the police work under the conditions of COVID-19 pandemic, migrant crisis and establishing the cooperation of police bodies in BIH with EUROPOL. Both the Minister and the Ambassador assessed the bilateral cooperation between the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior and the British Embassy as successful, and in future, it is planned to intensify it through new projects and operational cooperation. Additionally, a new liaison officer of the National Crime Agency (NCA), Mr Mark Monaghan, has recently been appointed, and today, he visited the Republic of Srpska Police Director, Mr Siniša Kostrešević.
