The Republic of Srpska

The Republic of Srpska Minister of the Interior Dragan Lukač met today in Banja Luka with the EUFOR Commander, Major General Anton Wessely. Minister Lukač and Commander Wessely discussed the security situation in BiH, and they both pointed out that the security situation of the Republic of Srpska territory was good and that police officers of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior undertook all the necessary measures and actions to maintain favorable security situation. The cooperation between the RS MoI and EUFOR was evaluated as appropriate and professional, concluding that the cooperation in the future would be improved with the aim of better coordination on the field.
