  Today, the Republic of Srpska Minister of the Interior, Mr Dragan Lukač, attended the presentation of the light tactical vehicle called ‘Vihor’ at Technical Overhaul Bratunac (TRB) in Bratunac. Minister Lukač congratulated to the management and the employees of the TRB for the realization of this task in only six months, which is a very short period for such a project. ‘This exceptional vehicle represents the TRB’s realization of an idea that came from the Ministry. After ‘Despot’, this is the second vehicle produced in TRB and the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior and TRB are proud of this product as anyone who buys it should be’, Minister Lukač said and added that he was honoured to be a part of the family who worked on such successful projects. The owner of TRB, Mr Slaven Ristić, said that everything was done for the purpose of better security of the Republic of Srpska and equipping its police forces. ‘Vihor’ was produced by combining classical and modern materials with high level of protection for the crew and vital parts of the vehicle. It can be used as a command or scout vehicle, a vehicle for emergency interventions, for transporting smaller units or special purpose goods, and it can also have other tactical and logistic uses. ‘Vihor’ is intended for special units and units for special purposes.
