  Today, at Training Centre, the Republic of Srpska Minister of the Interior, Mr Dragan Lukač, attended the ceremony of awarding certificates to the VII Class cadets who successfully completed their training as a police officer specialist in the Special Anti-Terrorist Unit of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior. Minister Lukač congratulated the new generation of members of the Special Anti-Terrorist Unit, and told them to wear their red berets with proud and honour and take care of safety of citizens.   "I was one of the first members of the Special Unit in 1992 when it was formed, and after 30 years we have generations of young persons in Special Anti-Terrorist Unit who were not even born at that time. So for them that period represents a history that they respect and that helps them understand how to behave and be a true member of this unit’’, said Minister Lukač. Minister Lukač expressed his belief that the new generation of special unit would also take care of the security of the Republic of Srpska, as well as its citizens. A total of 21 participants successfully completed the training.
