The Republic of Srpska

  As a part of the project ‘’Prevention of SALW Abuse in the Republic of Srpska’’, supported by the UNDP in BiH, the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior Women Network implemented a two-day training of its members in the field of safety measures in handling of firearms and treatment of firearm injuries. The training was the first training in the field of SLAW abuse, and it was successfully completed by female members of the Ministry of the Interior at the headquarters, as well as from the police administrations of Banja Luka, Prijedor, Gradiška and Trebinje. The certified instructors were the members of the Special Anti-Terrorist Unit.
