The Republic of Srpska

    Yesterday, in Rome, the Republic of Srpska Police Director, Mr Siniša Kostrešević, met with Director General of Police in Italy, Mr Vittorio Pisani, and discussed the significance and positive aspect of IPA 2019 regional project ‘Support to countering serious crime in the Western Balkans’, whose carrier was the Ministry of the Interior of Italy. Director Pisani thanked Director Kostrešević for participating in this project and announced that they would soon start the realization of the new project that will be focused on strengthening the operational cooperation of police agencies of the Western Balkans in the field of illegal migration. During his stay in Rome, Director Kostrešević had several bilateral meetings with police directors of the countries of the Western Balkans with whom he discussed the current and future activities that are to be jointly implemented.
