The Republic of Srpska Minister of the Interior, Mr Siniša Karan and the Police Director, Mr Siniša Kostrešević, congratulated today the saint patron’s day - Saint Michael the Archangel’s Day - to all members of the Ministry of the Interior.       Today, the Saint Patron’s Day of the Ministry was marked through various activities, and the most prominent ones were laying wreaths to the Central Memorial to the fallen members of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior, memorial service, and the consecration of the Slava bread and traditional wheat dish at the Memorial Church of Saint Michael the Archangel at the Training Centre in Zalužani.        ‘On the Saint Patron’s Day of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior, it is essential for us to remember 782 of our members who laid their lives and permanently built them in the foundations of the Republic of Srpska, thus giving us freedom’, Minister Karan said.         ‘I believe that the trust of our citizens in us is increasing constantly and that we represent a pillar of stability of the Republic of Srpska’, Minister Karan said.         The President of the Republic of Srpska, Mr Milorad Dodik, said that the Republic of Srpska was proud of what the Republic of Srpska Police is and congratulated the Saint Patron’s Day to all members of the Ministry of the Interior.        ‘Our attitude toward those who laid their lives in the foundations of the Republic of Srpska has to be preserved in positive sense and I am glad to know that almost 7% of the members of the Ministry are the children of the fallen fighters of the Republic of Srpska’, President Dodik said.         The President of the Republic of Srpska National Assembly, Mr Nenad Stevandić, said that the creation and defense of the Ministry of the Interior was the foundation of the existence of the Republic of Srpska and that it was essential to defend property, the institution of the President and the right of adopting decisions independently, just like the subjectivity of the Ministry of the Interior had been kept in the past.          Mr Stevandić pointed out that, by defending the subjectivity of the Ministry of the Interior, the constitutional order of the Republic of Srpska was also kept, as well as peace on the whole territory of BIH, since without the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior, any sort of cooperation or good relations within BIH cannot be guaranteed.          The Serb member of the BIH Presidency, Ms Že
