The Republic of Srpska

The Republic of Srpska Minister of the Interior, Mr Siniša Karan, met today with the members of the Independent board of the Republic of Srpska National Assembly for the selection of the Police Director of the Republic of Srpska. According to the Law on the police and internal affairs, the Independent board organizes and manages the selection process, as well as appointment to and relieving of duty of the Director and Deputy Director of the Republic of Srpska Police, in the manner that is available to the public.  The Independent board was chaired by the its president, Mr Gojko Pavlović.
