     On 26 April 2024, the police officers of Srbac Police Station arrested persons whose initials are L.V. and S.N. from Banja Luka, suspected of committing the criminal offence of ‘People smuggling’.      Namely, on 26 April 2024, around 00:30 AM, in the village of Nova Ves, the police officers detected two passenger vehicles from which several persons who physically looked like migrants exited.       After the vehicle controlling the vehicles and persons who were driving them, it was confirmed that, in ‘VW Caddy’ and ‘Opel’, there were 17 persons who looked like migrants and who possessed no identification documents.     The prosecutor on duty of the Prosecutor’s Office of BIH was informed about everything and he ordered that, after documenting and completing the investigation against the L.V. and S.N, the report be submitted on the committed criminal offence of ‘People Smuggling’.
