The Republic of Srpska

The Republic of Srpska Government adopted the Action Plan for Countering Human Trafficking in the Republic of Srpska for the period 2024-2027 at its 98th session held on December 12, 2024. The Action Plan includes activities under the competence of the institutions of the Republic of Srpska, aiming to enhance the systems of support, prevention, criminal prosecution of the offences related to human trafficking, seizure of proceeds of crime, protection of victims and witnesses of human trafficking, and improving cooperation at national and international level. The activities will be carried out by the RS administrative bodies and other institutions, within their jurisdiction, in cooperation with the private sector, non-governmental organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.             In addition to the abovementioned entities, the Coordinator for Countering Human Trafficking in the Republic of Srpska and the regional monitoring teams for countering human trafficking in the Republic of Srpska are also responsible for the implementation of the activities referred to in the Action Plan.
