The Republic of Srpska

‘Only this year, so far, members of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior have processed the total number of 989,646 citizens’ requests referring to issuing personal documents (personal identity card, driving license and passport), registration of motor vehicles and other administration-legal affairs, which is 139,285 requests  more than the previous year’ – this was announced at the meeting of the Republic of Srpska Minister of the Interior, Mr Siniša Karan, with the managers within the Administration for Legal Affairs and Human Resources and managers of the divisions for legal affairs and human resources within all police administrations of the Ministry. Minister Karan pointed out that the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior remained dedicated to the continuous improvement of activities in the field of administrative internal affairs and services for the purpose of simplifying daily needs of the Republic of Srpska citizens in the realisation of their rights. At the meeting, the possibilities of improvement of efficiency of administrative-legal procedures were discussed, as well as the current topics and challenges in the field of different legal-administrative affairs and human resources.
