The Republic of Srpska

The delegation of the Counter-Terrorism Centre (TEK) of the Ministry of Interior of Hungary, headed by the Director-General János Hajdu, visited the Administration for Protecting Persons and Facilities and the Administration for Countering Terrorism and Extremism of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior. The visit was an opportunity to exchange operational experience in the aspect of protecting persons and facilities, as well as in the field of countering terrorism and extremism. It was suggested to organize professional training in order to further strengthen and improve police cooperation. Director-General Hajdu thanked the police officers of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior for their professional and thorough approach to VIP protection, and particularly pointed out the professionalism in conducting the VIP protection of the Prime Minister of Hungary, Mr Viktor Orbán, during his visit to Banja Luka and the Republic of Srpska.
