The Republic of Srpska

Today, the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior and the Union of the employees of the Ministry of the Interior formally initiated negotiations related to the adoption of the new Special Collective Agreement for the employees in the field of internal affairs of the Republic of Srpska, since their current contract expires at the end of August. 

The negotiation teams of the Ministry and the Union should harmonize the legal framework that would define rights, obligations and responsibilities of the employer and employees.
