The Republic of Srpska

Today, in Banja Luka, the Republic of Srpska Minister of the Interior, Mr Siniša Karan, and the representative of the Union of the employees of internal affairs, Mr Goran Zec, signed the Special Collective Agreement for the employees in the field of internal affairs of the Republic of Srpska. 

The new Special Agreement includes significant emphasis on the social component for the members of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior and it guarantees greater scope of rights for the employees in the field of employment, health protection and social welfare.

The Minister said that he was pleased with successful cooperation with the new management of the Union. The representatives of the Union thanked the Minister for understanding their needs and said that they were satisfied with the conditions in the Special Collective Agreement.
