Today, the Republic of Srpska Minister of the Interior, Mr Željko Budimir, visited the administrations for the Uniformed Police, Information and Communication Technologies, Legal Affairs and Human Resources, and the Service for the Protection of Integrity and Legality of Operations.

The priority needs of the police officers in the field were discussed at the meeting, as well as the development of the information-communication technologies with the aim of taking the police work to a more efficient, faster and simplified level. 

He praised the engagement of the police officers in the past, as well as the activities of the administrations for information-communication technologies and legal affairs and human resources, and the development of the new electronic services for citizens. 

The management of the Service for the Protection of Integrity and Legality of Operations informed the Minister of the procedures in progress and activities whose aim is strengthening the integrity of the members of the Ministry of the Interior. 

Minister Budimir pointed out that every police officer who professionally performed his activities and tasks according to the law would have full support, but that there would be zero tolerance for those who fail to follow those principles.
