The Republic of Srpska

The Republic of Srpska Minister of the Interior, Mr Željko Budimir, announced that the number of police officers would be increased across the territory of the Doboj Police Administration in order to prevent any security interests during the repeat early elections for the President of the Republic of Srpska. 

He said that the main task of the Ministry of the Interior was also to provide election process run smoothly from security aspects. 

After holding a meeting with the leadership of the Doboj Police Administration, attended by the Republic of Srpska Police Director, Mr Siniša Kostrešević, the Minister emphasized that all necessary measures and actions had been undertaken. 

 ‘’The Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior will, as always, fulfill its responsibilities in providing election material in accordance with the law. Members of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior will perform all these activities to the highest professional standards’’, Minister Budimir stated.
