TRAINING OF THE REPUBLIC OF SRPSKA MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR AND CEPOL ON ”DRUG TRAFFICKING”

The Republic of Srpska Ministry if the Interior, with the support of CEPOL (EU Agency for Law Enforcement Training), organized a training session on the topic “Drug Trafficking” within the WB Pact II project (Partnership Against Crime and Terrorism).

In addition to police officers of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior, the training was attended by members of the BiH Border Police, the Federal Police Administration, the Brčko District Police, the Indirect Taxation Authority of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as representatives of the District Public Prosecutor’s Offices in Banja Luka and Doboj and the Brčko District Prosecutor’s Office.

During the activity, participants enhanced their understanding of the drug trafficking intelligence picture and examined law enforcement and judicial responses to drug-related crime. 

Alongside theoretical sessions, practical exercises focused on investigative procedures, operational coordination, and protection and safety standards.
