April 4th also marks the day when the Special Police Brigade was founded thirty-four years ago. 

It is our duty to cherish the memory of its fighters and their courage in the past Homeland Defence War, and that generations to come will inherit this pledge. 

Veterans of the Special Brigade, which comprised of ten detachments, visited today the Memorial Room at the Special Anti-Terrorist Unit with officials of the Republic of Srpska and Serbia, where they paid their respects and honoured the names of the warriors inscribed there.
