The Republic of Srpska

The Republic of Srpska Police Director, Mr Siniša Kostrešević, attended the First General Assembly of the Southeast Europe Police Chiefs Association (SEPCA) for the year 2026, which was held in Sarajevo.

Southeast Europe Police Chiefs Association is chaired in 2026 by the Federal Police Administration of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the topics of the first General Assembly included countering human trafficking and migrant smuggling, countering organized crime and strengthening regional cooperation, as well as countering cybercrime.

In addition to directors and deputy directors of police agencies from SEPCA member states, the Assembly was attended by representatives of INTERPOL, as well as representatives of the Austrian Criminal Police.
