The Republic of Srpska

Members of the Administration for Protecting Persons and Facilities visited the Unit for Protecting Certain Persons and Facilities of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Serbia.

During the visit, they discussed the topics such as current security challenges, improving cooperation through joint specialist trainings, continuous professional capacity building, integration of the contemporary technical systems, including the EOD, anti-drone and counter-tapping protection. 

During the visit, it was agreed that efficient protection of persons and facilities cannot be observed as an isolated activity of one organizational unit, but as a result of effective cooperation with other state authorities and international partners, and therefore, it was agreed to continue and improve the operational cooperation between the two ministries.
