The "Srebrenica 2026" commemorative gathering, held today in Potočari near Srebrenica, passed peacefully and with dignity.

Owing to the full engagement of the police officers of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Srpska, who implemented the planned security measures in coordination with other security agencies, all activities were carried out successfully. Their efforts ensured the safe conduct of the public assembly, the protection of all participants, and the secure and orderly management of both traffic and the commemorative programme.

The successful and safe observance of the commemorative event was also made possible by the cooperation of participants, local residents and other road users, whose patience, responsible conduct and compliance with police instructions contributed to the smooth implementation of all planned activities.
