The Republic of Srpska

The police officers of the Administration for Countering Organized and Serious Crime of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior arrested today a V.B, citizen of the Republic of Montenegro.

The investigation confirmed that an Interpol Red Notice for this person was issued by the Federal Republic of Germany.

Based on the order of the Municipality Court in Doboj, and in cooperation with police officers from Doboj Police Administration, the search of apartments used by the aforementioned person on the territory of the City of Doboj was implemented. The following items were found: marijuana (1,000g), cocaine (around 100g), and money in the total value of about BAM 8,000, digital scales and other items that may be useful for the criminal proceedings.

Duty judge of the Court of BIH was informed on the activities mentioned above. 

After completing the criminal investigation, the V.B. is going to be transported to the competence of the Prosecutor of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Doboj for further proceedings along with the report on the committed criminal offence ‘Unauthorized Production and Sale of Narcotic Drugs’, Article 207, paragraph 1 of the Republic of Srpska Criminal Code.
