PRIVATE ARSENAL OF ILLEGAL WEAPONS AND AMMUNITION FOUND IN PRNJAVOR IN A SEARCH OF A FAMILY HOUSE

On 27 October 2015, in the village of Kremna, the municipality of Prnjavor, based on the order of Basic Court Prnjavor, police officers from the Police Station Prnjavor performed a search of a house and additional facilities owned by a person whose initials are C. K. On that occasion, they also found and seized a largeramount of weapons and ammunition possession of which is illegal.
The following weapons were found and seized: an automatic rifle Ě70-ŔÁ2 7.62 mm calibre, a military semi-automatic rifle AP Ě70-ŔÁ2 7.62 mm, a military semi-automatic rifle PAP, a handmade flintlock with wooden stock 16mm calibre, 86 military rifle bullets 7.9 calibre, 696 military rifle bullets 7.62 mm, small-calibre bullet ‘REM’, 2 military knives, 2 cartridge clips for automatic rifle, cartridge clips for automatic rifle modified for semi-automatic rifle PAP, 2 pieces of a small-calibre bullets of the unknown brand, 2 hand grenades M75, hand grenade M52, 16 pieces of hunting weapon with 16mm calibre, frame for gun call 7,62mm, 10 pieces of rifle bullets, call 8x57 mm, zipper for carbine, riffle scope SP 7,9, special slow-burning safety fuse, 10 m long, 5 pieces of initial trigger M8, 6 pieces or 125 grams of the ‘Spranded’ explosive, explosive grenade ‘RD 40mm XE’, anti-aircraft bullet, call 12,7 mm, 10 pieces of bullets for gas pistol, call 8mm, 67 pieces of rifle ammunition, call 9mm, 45 pieces of rifle ammunition, call 7,65 mm and 232 pieces of rifle ammunition, call 7,62 mm.
Since there are grounds for suspicion that C.K. committed the criminal offense ‘Illegal production and trade of weapons or explosive materials’, the suspect was put under the criminal investigation. The further activities on documenting and determining the circumstances connected with this criminal offence are still in progress.
