The total number of 63 students and cadets donated blood, which confirms they were very motivated to be a part of this humanitarian activity this year as well.
The head of the Administration for Police Education, Mr. Mile Šikman, pointed out that, by doing this, the youngest members of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior expressed the humanitarian side of the police work, and that this should also be a motive for the members of other business and economy entities to participate in this type of activities.
Furthermore, Mr. Šikman said that this is a traditional activity in which students and cadets participate twice a year.
Upon donating blood, students and cadets of the Higher School of the Interior gave their lunch packages, provided for them by the Republic of Srpska Institute for Blood Transfusion, to the children at the Department for habituation, rehabilitation and education of children and youth with locomotor function disorders.
