STOLEN VEHICLE FOUND IN BANJA LUKA

On 30 November 2015, the police officers of the Criminal Police Department, at Public Security Centre in Banja Luka, arrested an M.M. (born in 1992) based on suspicion that this person committed the following criminal offences: ’’Stealing a motor vehicle’’ and ’’Theft’’, thus causing material damage in the amount of around BAM 8,500 to the owner.
On 29 November 2015, around 3 PM, in a catering facility in the borough of Kola, Banja Luka, the abovementioned person is suspected of having used the inadvertence of the owner and stolen the key of the motor vehicle, brand ’’Opel Astra’’, which was on the table, as well as the keys from the company and a mobile telephone, after which the person ran away in an unknown direction.
The stolen vehicle was found and returned to the owner, together with the stolen items. When the Prosecutor on duty of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Banja Luka was informed about all this, he ordered that the suspect should be released after the criminal investigation is finished, and that report about the abovementioned criminal offences should be submitted against that person in regular procedure.
