CRIMINAL CASE OF “AGGRAVATED THEFT” SOLVED

Police officers arrested the perpetrators of the criminal offence “Aggravated Theft” performed on 8 August 2015. This criminal offence was committed against a natural person from the village of Glavičica, the municipality of Bijeljina, and on that occasion, money and golden jewelry, whose total value is BAM 100 000, were stolen from their family house.
Namely, on 1 and 2 December, on the territory of the city of Bijeljina, the searches of apartments and other premises used by four persons were conducted on five locations with the purpose of making records of the abovementioned criminal offence.
Police officers from the Public Security Centre Bijeljina arrested a V. Z. and a G. P. because there were grounds for suspicion that the suspects committed criminal offence “Aggravated Theft”, while the other two persons, for whom there is evidence that they participated in the commitment of the offence, are abroad.
The aforementioned V. Z. and G. P. were handed over for jurisdiction and further proceedings to District Prosecutor’s Office in Bijeljina together with the report that there were grounds for suspicion that criminal offence “Aggravated Theft” was committed.
