THE MEETING OF MINISTER LUKAC AND DIRECTOR KOSTRESEVIC WITH THE REPUBLIC OF FRANCE AMBASSADOR

The Republic of Srpska Minister of the Interior Dragan Lukac and Republic of Srpska Police Director Sinisa Kostresevic met today in Banja Luka with the Ambassador of Republic of France to BiH Christine Toudic. This was Ambassador`s first visit to the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior since taking the office.
Minister Lukac and Director Kostresevic discussed the affairs and competences of this Ministry with the French ambassador.
They also discussed a good co-operation achieved in the previous period with the French Embassy in BiH, in the area of countering terrorism and organised crime, with a special emphasis on the forensics and trade in illegal weapons.
The participants agreed to further improve this cooperation with trainings in different areas of the Ministry's work, which will be held in the coming period.
