AWARDS OF MERIT GIVEN OUT ON THE OCCASION OF THE POLICE DAY

The Republic of Srpska Minister of the Interior Dragan Lukač and Police Director Siniša Kostrešević presented today in Banja Luka awards of merit for institutions and Interior Ministry organizational units on the occasion of marking the Police Day – April 4.
Interior Minister Dragan Lukač presented the Golden Police Sign to the University Clinical Centre of Republic of Srpska and the Banja Luka Police Administration, while Police Director Siniša Kostrešević presented the Silver Police Sign to the RS Institute of Public Health and the Information and Communication Technologies Administration of the RS Interior Ministry. Minister Lukač noted that Republic of Srpska UCC employees have the biggest burden in the fight against the corona virus.
"They continue to fight and help the people of Republic of Srpska, which is why I call on citizens to respect the measures prescribed in the fight against the corona virus. With these awards we acknowledge our gratitude and support for the institutions that fight the corona virus on a daily basis so that the health system is not compromised," Minister Lukač said.
UCC Director General Vlado Đajić noted that the recognition of RS Ministry of the Interior means a lot to the UCC.
The head of the Interior Ministry Information and Communication Technologies Administration Divna Lovrić Bojanić stated that more than 60 electronic registers are being used at the Ministry of the Interior as a result of the work of the Information and Communication Technologies Administration, and expressed gratitude for the award.
