The Republic of Srpska Minister of the Interior Dragan Lukač attended today the first meeting of the Working Group for Drafting the Integrity Plan of the RS Ministry of the Interior for 2022-2025, a strategic document of the Ministry that will define anti-corruption measures, as well as other activities aimed at strengthening the integrity of members of the Ministry.
Minister Lukač noted that the Ministry is firmly determined to cleanse its ranks of corrupt members and will not give up prosecuting all those involved in illegal activities and reminded that this document should define numerous preventive measures.
He also reminded that some of these measures are the introduction of modern mobile, but stationary radar systems, as well as the introduction of video surveillance systems in local communities, locations for issuing identification documents, etc.
The Ministry's Integrity Plan is in line with the Anti-Corruption Strategy in Republic of Srpska and the Republic of Srpska Government Action Plan, i.e. the RS Ministry of the Interior Action Plan for implementing the Anti-Corruption Strategy.
