Training on ”Improving management communication skills and public performance”

The association ”RS MoI Women Network – RS WPON” and ”Trag” Foundation from Belgrade organized a training on ”Improving management communication skills and public performance”, the aim of which was empowering the role of women in the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior.
The training was intended for all members of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior – both women police officers and women civil servants. The workshop itself consisted of theoretical and practical part/training where the participants had the opportunity to learn basic rules of successful public/media performance.
The training was implemented in the framework of the Project ”Institutional Support”.
