ARRESTING A SUSPECT BASED ON THE INTERNATIONAL ARREST WARRANT

On May 26, 2023, in the city of Trebinje, police officers of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior and the State Agency for Investigation and Protection (SIPA) conducted joint activities and arrested the person whose initials are I.A., the citizen of the Republic of Serbia, for whom an international warrant was issued based on suspicion that they committed the criminal offence of ‘’Aggravated Murder’’ in Priboj, the Republic of Serbia.
The NCB Interpol Belgrade had issued the Red Notice, based on suspicion that they committed the criminal offence in the night between May 20 and 21, around midnight in Priboj and then fled to the territory of BiH in order to avoid the criminal prosecution.
