MINISTER KARAN AND DIRECTOR KOSTREŠEVIĆ MEET THE DELEGATION OF THE SERBIAN MINISTRY OF DEFENCE

In the framework of the meetings between the Republic of Srpska and Republic of Serbia officials, the Republic of Srpska Minister of the Interior, Mr Siniša Karan, and the Police Director, Mr Siniša Kostrešević, met today in Banja Luka with the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Serbia, Mr MilošVučević, and the Chief of General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces, General Milan Mojsilović.
They discussed the past and present cooperation, which was particularly intensive in the field of education of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior staff at the University of Defence Military Academy.
Minister Karan particularly pointed out the importance of education at the study programme Military Aviation, since it provided education for the future pilots of the RS MoI.
Minister Vučević expressed their readiness to continue the good and successful cooperation.
This year, for the first time, the RS MoI had its representative at the Advanced Defence and Security Studies, as one of the leading and the most prestigious professional development in the field of security, and both ministers agreed this practice should be continued in the future.
