The "Police Sports Day 2024" – sports games of the members of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior ended last night at the Zalužani Training Centre Zalužani by awarding trophies to the best teams and most successful individuals. The Republic of Srpska Police Director, Mr Siniša Kostrešević presented the awards. Around 600 members of the Ministry from all parts of the Republic of Srpska competed for two days in six disciplines: futsal, volleyball, 3x3 basketball, shooting, cross country running and judo. 21 organizational units of our Ministry participated in the competition, as well as Police Academy cadets, students of the Faculty of Security Science and the students of the High School of Internal Affairs, who participated in the games for the first time. The best-ranked team in the games was the team of the Special Anti-Terrorist Unit, followed by the Police Academy team. Zvornik Police Administration won the third place. The "Police Sports Day" ended with an official dinner, which once again confirmed the intention of the Ministry of continue enhancing the sports spirit of its members, their friendship and team work.
