At today’s meeting, based on several assessments, the HQ of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior ‘Elections 2024’, chaired by the Republic of Srpska Police Director, Mr Siniša Kostrešević, defined the planned activities during the elections and post-elections period.
The conclusions of the meeting are that the security situation on the territory of the Republic of Srpska is satisfactory and that the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior is undertaking all measures and activities in their competence in order to enable the favourable security environment for the local elections in BIH to take place on 6 October 2024.
