Police officers of Crime Police Administration of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior under the supervision and in coordination with the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina performed an operational action whose code name is ‘ALPE’, based on the suspicion that the criminal offense ‘Organized crime’ from Article 250 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina was committed, which is related to the criminal offense of ‘Illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs’ from Article 195 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the criminal offense of ‘Forging money’ from Article 205 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
