Today, in Belgrade, Serbia, the Republic of Srpska Police Director, Mr Siniša Kostrešević, and the Republic of Serbia Police Director, Mr Vladimir Rebić, signed the Agreement on donating equipment to be used for raising the efficiency and building the capacities of the Gendarmerie Unit – Mounted Police of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior. On the occasion of marking 16 Days of Activism, the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior joins the campaign of the Republic of Srpska Gender Centre "Living Life without Violence" with the aim of informing as many women and all other victims of domestic violence about their rights, but also with the aim of raising public awareness on zero tolerance to violence and the importance of reporting to the competent institutions.
