Based on international information exchange with EUROPOL, in cooperation with the police officers from Trebinje PA and SIPA BIH, and under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BIH, the police officers of the Administration for Organised and Serious Crime of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior realised the operation whose code name is ‘KINGS’. The operation is focused on documenting criminal offences of ‘Organised crime’ from Article 250 of BIH Criminal Code, related to the criminal offence of ‘Giving presents and other forms of gain’ from Article 218 of BIH CC, ‘Illegal trafficking of excise products’ from Article 210 of BIH CC, and ‘Illegal trade’ from Article 212 of BIH CC; and ‘Abuse of office’ from Article 220 of BIH CC, ‘Accepting gifts and other forms of gain’ from Article 217 of BIH CC, and ‘Disclosure of classified information’ from Article 164 of BIH CC. Mr Igor Kušić, Deputy Head of Istočno Sarajevo Police Administration, is the second attendee from the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior to finish successfully his training within the 13th class of the Advanced Security and Defence Studies of the Republic of Serbia and the 67th Class of Officers of the General Staff Training of the School of National Defence ‘Vojvoda Radomir Putnik’.
