IDDEEA INITIATED THE PROCESS OF ILLEGAL ESTABLISHING OF DIGITAL IDENTITY THUS THREATENING CITIZENS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior sent a letter to all institutions competent for processing of citizens’ personal information and the procedures for issuing digital certificates in order to warn them that the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA) is abusing its legal competence for providing technical support to the ministries of the interior in BIH. Thus, IDDEEA is threatening the protection of citizens’ personal information.
