INTERNATIONAL ACTION ‘KOLT’ PERFORMED

Police officers from the Crime Police Administration of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior, under the supervision and in coordination with the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, performed an operational action whose code name is “KOLT”; because there were grounds for suspicion that a criminal offence “Organised crime”, Article 250 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is related to the criminal offence “Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs”, Article 195 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina was committed. The action was performed in cooperation with the Republic of Serbia Ministry of the Interior. The arrested person was taken over by the police officers of the Court Police Prijedor on the same day.
